They didn't make it to the evening, or home.

 

It had been clear that they wouldn't be able to go without touching from the first moment Kyubin had started tempting Taeyeob during the meeting, touching his thigh under the table; but the boy had hoped that they wouldn't go too far because they were still in the office, in their workplace, a space they shared with many, many more people who were still in the place, finishing their respective workdays. Obviously, they hadn’t been able to stay away from each other. Taeyeob had only proposed Kyubin to stay in his office, door conveniently locked and blinds drawn, as the place always was when the older had any kind of visit or meeting, because he didn't want to be outside, at his own desk, next to Wookjin. His inquisitive look that told him he knew more than he was telling didn't bode well, and he'd had a hard enough time at the meeting with the ropes tied around his body without having to keep having a hard time like that, considering that Kyubin had decided he didn't want to waste time untying all the knots only to have to redo them at home. But even if it had been Taeyeob's idea to stay in the office, thinking that it would be much quieter there and that he could work a bit more without having to be in constant tension... he had been completely wrong.

"Ready," Kyubin whispered behind his back after finishing the last knot, his fingertips gently tracing his skin and the outline of the ropes tied around his body. "You look beautiful," the older man's voice sounded like a gasp, almost a low moan against his ear, reverberating through his body and sending a shiver down his spine that Taeyeob couldn't control.

"I'm not sure how pleasing to the eye someone tied up like a string of sausages is beautiful," he replied, turning to Kyubin and trying to sound as impassive as possible, despite what the older man's voice and fingers had done to his body, "but if you say so."

"Very pleasing to the eye," the older replied, giving one of his sideways, playful, mischievous smiles, saying far more with it than he was saying with his words. "Because you're the one wearing it," Taeyeob wanted to reply to that as well, but before he could, Kyubin's lips caught his for a few seconds, leaving him speechless. "Now get dressed, we can't be late for the meeting."

Kunho was sitting at a table in the corner of the café from where he had a privileged view of the whole place and from where he could see everything that was going on in the establishment. In front of him was a half-empty cup of coffee and a piece of cheesecake that he had not yet had a chance to taste, the book he had been reading so far while he took a few sips of his coffee, forgotten next to the food, opened to the page where it had been left, unheeded by the young man. His intention for that afternoon had been to read something in the coffee shop that his father had opened for him, to give him a taste of the business world even though he had not yet finished his studies at the university, to test him to see if he was capable of running a business well, and also to have a look at how his employees handled themselves... but everything had changed only a few minutes earlier. The book Kunho was reading had to be put aside to take a closer look at one particular spot in the place, because some very pretty girls had decided to sit at the bar of the cafeteria and, while they were there, drinking whatever they had ordered, they were flirting with one of his employees: Youmin. If the girls had been hitting on Jeongmin, it wouldn't have been any of his business, he had hired the clumsy guy who broke more cups a week than you could count on the fingers of one hand because he was so good-looking and attracted customers... but no, the girls were flirting with Youmin, his Youmin, so Kunho had been unable to put it aside and, at the moment, all he could concentrate on was watching the situation unfold before his eyes.

Sungho adored Junhyung. There was no doubt about it, it was like an open secret that he did and he didn't hide it. It was also common knowledge that Junhyung just acted like a normal person with him, only really talking to him and sometimes even approaching Sungho and seeking his touch. Yongsoo took a deep breath and then slowly let the air out of his lungs, trying to calm himself. He was already there, he couldn't back out now, the only thing left to do was to knock on the door with his knuckles and wait for the person he had gone to look for to open the door and invite him in. He still doubted that this was a good idea because he knew the other guy would laugh at him for the rest of eternity, but he was also quite fed up with their teasing of his virginity and wanted it to stop. That's why he stood there, in front of Wookjin's bedroom door. Yongsoo took another deep breath and raised his right arm to knock, but just as his fist was about to make contact with the door, it opened and Wookjin appeared in his field of vision.

 

"Man, Yongsoo, what are you doing here?" he asked when he saw him, with a sly smile.

"I came to see you," he said, not specifying what for because it looked like the other was about to leave. "But if you have to go, don't worry."

"Don’t worry, I have time," his friend replied. "I'm meeting Jisung, but he's always late, so it's good for me."

"Mmmmm... okay..."

"So, Kyubin hyung, have you slept with your boyfriend yet?" Wookjin asked, causing chaos at the table.

 

Yongsoo, who was quietly drinking a chocolate milkshake, spurted its contents onto the table upon hearing him, almost choking, which made Wookjin laugh at the boy like there was no tomorrow, while Jisung widened his eyes and then slapped the boy on the shoulder to make him behave. Kyubin watched this scene from a trashy, bad humour movie impassively, though inside he was quite nervous, trying to find the exact words with which to answer that question truthfully, but without earning years of ridicule for it. As the situation normalised, with Yongsoo still coughing a little, but well enough to clear the table in that coffee shop/bookstore they'd gone to for the afternoon of the remains of their milkshake and Jisung giving Wookjin the beating of his life as he complained that the blows hurt, Kyubin came to the conclusion that no matter what he said, he was going to be mocked for all eternity, so he did his gut and waited for the boy to ask him again, because knowing him, he knew he was going to ask him again.
