Notas: historia escrita usando el MV de “God’s Menu” de Stray Kids como base para el #MVFest24 y también para completar las casillas del Seasons of Bingo 6 “crepuscular rays” y “rivals to lovers”.

Comentario de autora: hacía demasiado tiempo que no escribía del grupo y después de tanto tiempo, me tocaba hacer algo. Espero que os guste.

 

El cielo encapotado le dio la bienvenida a Jungmo en cuanto salió del garaje de su equipo, amenazando con una lluvia inminente que iba a hacer la carrera mucho más peligrosa que de normal. Su equipo de mecánicos había puesto en el coche las ruedas para la lluvia un rato antes debido a que la previsión del tiempo había cambiado en las últimas horas y ahora anunciaba que las nubes negras y compactas que se encontraban sobre el circuito descargarían todo su contenido en mitad de la carrera, mojando el asfalto y haciéndolo resbaladizo, por lo que todo el agarre que pudieran proporcionarle las ruedas, era poco. A Jungmo no le gustaba conducir con lluvia, pero no tenía el poder de controlar el tiempo atmosférico, así que, le tocaba apretar los dientes y apechugar con la lluvia si ésta decidía hacer su aparición en mitad de la carrera... la última carrera de la temporada, en la que se decidiría finalmente quién sería el ganador. Durante todo aquel año, cuando Jungmo sentía que estaba a punto de sacar la suficiente ventaja a su rival, éste lo acababa adelantando y ganaba la carrera de turno para volver a ponerse por delante de él en la clasificación y, al final, en esa última carrera, se decidiría al ganador, a aquel que se llevaría toda la gloria y la mayoría de anuncios y patrocinadores.

Author's comment: it had been too long since I wrote about the group and after so long, I wanted to do something again. I hope you like it.

 

 

The overcast sky welcomed Jungmo as soon as he left his team's garage, threatening imminent rain that would make the race much more dangerous than normal. His team of mechanics had put the rain tires on the car a while ago because the weather forecast had changed in the last few hours and now announced that the black and compact clouds that were over the circuit would discharge all their content into half of the race, wetting the asphalt and making it slippery, so all the grip that the wheels could provide was little. Jungmo didn't like driving in the rain, but he didn't have the power to control the weather, so he had to grit his teeth and fight the rain if it decided to make an appearance in the middle of the race... the last race of the season, in which the winner would finally be decided. Throughout that year, when Jungmo felt that he was about to gain enough advantage over his rival, he ended up overtaking him and won the race to put himself ahead of him again in the classification and, in the end, in that last race, the winner would be decided, the one who would take all the glory and the majority of sponsors and advertisements.
